Anyone have an armor jr? If so, please help.

I am buying an armor jr. case soon, the windowed model, and i want to know, will i be able to get 12inch cathodes on either side of the window?? i think probably not because of the HDD cage blocking it. If not, where would i be able to fit 12 inch cathodes, and what lighting are others using in their jrs.
