Just want to hear peoples experience with dabs and rma's for motherboards back to them, whether it was good or bad. Never bought from dabs before so just trying to get an idea whether it be a good choice or not to go with them.

I havent RMAed a motherboard, but I have RMAed an SSD to them, and they did take like 3 weeks to get it turned over.

My only other experience with RMAs is with ebuyer who can turn round products in like 3 days max.

I cant see a motherboard taking less time than an SSD though

when it comes to motherboards I normally only buy from scan or ebuyer because of their good rep for dealing with rma's fairly well and quickly. Its just on this occassion the board im thinking about is a fair bit cheaper from dabs.

I've bought loads of stuff from Dabs over the last few years and never had a problem with them - good company to deal with

Which are you looking at?

i buy most of my stuff from amazon, usually free postage. and the few items i have had to rma/return had no problems at all with getting refund / replacement,

The only place I would really avoid is Play. After 30 days they expect you to deal with the manufacturer direct, and won't take returns - awful imo.

i buy all my stuff of CCL so i can walk in and get a 5 minute RMA
