are they super loud?

are they good?

think theyll go good with a fan controller

want some extra fans for my 690ii adv but dont wanna spend too much money

They are cheap, and cheap sleeve bearing ones while they're at it. They will spin and push air through, but my experience with (cheap) sleeve bearing fans is that they 'tick' or create a soft rattling noise that varies in volume with speed.

I personally willn't be going back there again, maybe the more expensive ones are not noisy...maybe. But the more expensive-exotic sleeve bearing fans push prices into the basic Arctic Cooling F12 range.

Hi Luger i work with Cooler Master and the fans you suggested in the first post will be slightly noisier due the them being the stock run of the mill fans however if you are looking for a quiet fan then why not try the link below (obviously choose the colour you want) as they give you good CFM and are also quite quiet even when running full speed via 12v
