i am looking at getting a new monitor to replace my big,hot and heavy 22" crt and have come across this:

whats your opinion on this lcd?is it too cheap to be any good or is it a bargin?

Interesting, especially with HDMI. Hanns G are known for 1/2 decent budget monitors but I don't know what panels they have

I'm sure it's ok but it will use a TN panel, you might want to consider something like the Hyundai ImageQuest N220W-A (still TN) which can be had for about £10 more.

I'm also looking around for a new 22" monitor. The Hanns-G one looks good as it is at least digital you could use a DVI to HDMI adapter easy enough.

The hyundai only seems to be VGA??

There is one I found which had 2xHDMI, not sure what make it was tho. There are a lot of budget 22" monitors on the market atm tho

Scan seem to have a good range of 22" monitors atm

Better to go to LCD because the rates are really cheap and best.

I've bought from misco before, and the service was fine for me.

Looks nice enough/cheap enough, but check out the suggestions anyway.
