Any advice on making this water cooled build better?

I want to keep the price between 1800-2000 [CAD]. I'll use it for gaming mostly Arma. Any advice on what I can do to make it preform/look better is great! I'd like to know if coloured sleeved cables are possible with the price. Also some case LED's? Maybe an SSD, but I can always buy one later.. I'm big on this thing looking good!

Here's what I've started with

The XSPC 720 is meant for 1 cpu and 1 rad. After that it struggles to keep up and therefore will burn out faster. Get the D5 RX360 kit at minimum to cool that cpu and a gpu.

Why get 2011 when a z77 is better for the same price? The 3820 is essentially the same as a 3770k, 2011 is only worth it when you buy the 6-core variants.

Check with other people who play Arma and ask if it performs better with Amd or Nvidia. Though besides that game a 7970 is generally better than a 680.

welcome to the OC3D forums.

so this is just really a daily driver with mostly gaming use.
your list is quite impressive, but excessively overkill.

others will chime in and help with your selections.

gotta agree with NBD total waste plus you choose 2011 which is quad channel but only went with dual channel ram. Also as NBD says the 720 is great for a 360rad and single block. I've had one and it was good for that. I wouldnt try and push another rad and block with it. And I agree the RX360 D5 kit would be a great starting point. Otherwise price out a custom loop. Have you ever done water cooling before?? If not please research your arse off before tackling it.

do i see a single slim 280mm rad for a cpu and a gpu? that's not worth it.
iirc there are no really great 140mm pressure fans, so you might as well get 120mm ones, the switch810 got enough space for a 360mm and a 240mm, so use it, one 280mm rad won't give you any good temps.
i agree with the others on the 2011/1155 stuff, even though the 3820 is overclockable it does make more sense to just get a 3770k or a 4770k when haswell releases.
The RAM isn't really great for overclocking either, 1600MHz is rather limited.
I wouldn't put a black bay res in the switch 810 gunmetal, it will look a bit weird and as the others stated, the pump isn't really great.
If you really want to go with nvidia i would recommend getting a 670 with a 680 pcb, it's about 100$ cheaper and performs almost as well. Other than that, AMD really is the way to go if you want to overclock properly, i am not a fan of the whole kepler boost shit.
Get an SSD, it's worth it. Even if it's just a 60GB one.
