LOL. I'd love to meet the guy that thought this block would be a good idea. It's probably as effective as blowing through a straw. :p
 
Good old thermaltake. This gimmicky waterblock fits well in their portfolio along with their $400 phase change unit that just about beats a Thermalright Ultra 120 Extreme... :D

That's the one. Can't cool an overclocked QX9650 with a low power setting, sits alongside highend heatpipe coolers on medium and while it beats them all on high, it's loud and won't last very long!
