Another Thermal Paste Question

The closest and only local IT shop around sells some “Spire” thermal paste:

Does anyone have any experience with this stuff?

I COULD order some but shipping costs more than the product, and if I order anything it would be a couple of Noctua NT-H1 tubes, which I'm sure are GOOD

I use the noctua paste, its quite runny so its what I keep for my personal rigs fella.
