I often question my morality when my first response the crisis the world is in is to wish for a pandemic to wipe out most of the population; just a shame that can't be targeted to specific criteria.
Humanity will never flourish into the stars until we can actually work with each other to reach common goals (not to mention stop exploiting everything until it's dead, including our own planet). While we've got believers in dated ideals like Theresa May and Donald Trump in charge of countries that should be leading the way combined with religious extremists trying to murder everyone who doesn't believe in their limited and dogmatic view of the universe we're never going to succeed.
Alas I fear that these traits are too deeply ingrained and widely propagated to ever truly eliminate and thus we are a species doomed to extinction without ever realising our true potential. I'd say it's sad but in truth I wholly expect a personified universe would be glad to see the back of us.
Anyway, back on topic: hooray for Vega actually being available, boo that it's still only the workstation tier cards.
