AMD will be delivering an advanced Vega GPU Preview on January 5th, finally showcasing what their next generation of GPUs are capable of.

Hoping it's not another LOLcard with a radiator on it. The blocks for Fury X are just stupid money. AMD need to go back to a standard.

If Vega is even half decent and has a reasonably priced block I will consider it.

Still on the fence with HBM/2. Just an unnecessary expense for very little gain.
 
Seeing as AMD have just put up a facebook page as well it looks like they are very excited about Vega. I personally will be buying a Sapphire card as I like their coolers my 290X stays at 60C when gaming :)
 
If it can compete with a 1080 for less money then they will be onto a winner, Yes Nvidia have their Titan XP which is a monster but the customer base for that is REALLY small.

I'm sure AMD is working on a competitor for that. For the HPC market first though.
