AMD Might be Starting A New Game Bundle

I got it because multiplayer is fun to dick around in with others. The single player is a bit weak IMO so I can't say I play that for the story. Traditionally you get GTA to mess around in and do your own things/be immersed in the world. I kinda played GTA IV for the story as well however, as it had some good writing in it (moreso than 5 anyway).

Well that's fair enough mate, fair point given :)

That was kinda what I liked about it at first, but then this entire world with cheat keys which you could put it and get jetpacks etc...?... Since then, I kinda floated away from it, as it never appealed to me that much, having this big world to just dick around in. Eventually it'd get plain boring, with no goal or objective in the game to strive towards.

Yeah cause your AMDs only customer arent you. Not everyone will look for sales etc for game keys and frankly when the general consumer looks and see that there is a game included, the first thing that comes to mind is "Oh free game" they arent going to think about whether or not its worth it.

AMD would pay nowhere near £50-£60 for those keys. Not only that, however their cards are already great value for money...

Price isnt always a selling point for a product.

the point is.
They only add the dumb games to a bundle because they know the price is too high..

They have a choice drop the price £50-£60 so its a reasonable price.
OR keep the price the same and add a couple of games to a bundle to sweeten the deal that they only pay a few £ for..
sure it looks good to some buyers, and the people with more money than sense seem to out weigh the others so it works.

its pretty annoying really.
its just an easy way to keep the retail sale price at a higher level for longer.
i can buy both games for less than £60. so it is not an inciting option for me and if the card without the games was £50 cheaper then i would be more inclined to buy the card without the games.
Its a pretty strange way to keep sales up. they chose the games you get with the card. where if they droped the price you could chose the games you get with the card by buying them your self with the money you saved..

And the game is not free.. the game is = to the value that they would have had to drop the card price to sell it at the rate they want to without adding the game.

I already told you the bundles hardly bump up the price. They get so many in bulk it doesn't really matter to the price. You would get more selling the copies than if they took them out. That's why other cards without the bundle hardly cost anything less.

Still seeing the 'I' and how the games arent free, pretty obvious if you actually read and understood my post before quoting.

Also they havent even provided a price for the card yet, so I highly doubt you could know whether or not will have deviated from their original prices due to the inclusion of a game etc.

Your asking them to drop 50-60 off their price just so they dont have to include games that they pay pennies for? Good luck with that, AMD arent in a position to do so. Though you do seem to already understand that only a small percentage of buyers would actually think about this kind of thing when making a purchase.
