AMD CPU's (Athlon II X4 631X)

Ok so i've just seen a review of this CPU and i've got to say that it's mighty impressive for it's price. With no onboard GPU the OC potential is really good on the CPU. 4.4Ghz on stock voltages anyone? So that puts it up there with the Deneb X4 processors when overclocked, and that's without level 3 cache. This made me think, why on earth haven't AMD released a refresh of the Phenom series using 32nm. What have they got to lose, i know they've released Bulldozer now and a lot of money has gone into it, but the performance is just shockingly bad. Surely if they'd release a 32nm Phenom it would have great overclocking potential with much better single threaded performance than Bulldozer. Say now it had the overclocking potential of Bulldozer with 8 cores of it's own. The Extreme Overclockers would love that, 8 real cores running W-Prime at 7-8Ghz???? Just a thought.
