Hi there,

Im a web developer so I like to get stuff working all fancy and functional.

So I wanted to do some CSS stuff in my signature to do 3 tabs with info about my stuff. And since its mainly HTML (text) and CSS it wouldnt affect the website performance in any way.

My question is this, would it be possible to allow users with a certain ammount of posts/activity on the forum to use HTML in the signature?
Something like users with 300 posts or more, something along those lines.

It will work as a reward for being active in the forum really.

Thanks,
Ralms.

i doubt the admins will tolerate this, and it will undoubtably lead to becoming a headache for moderators.

LOOOOOOOOL if it was Tom that edit my signature, that was funny XD

Well, Im no Pro webdev, I just started 8 months ago. But I dont see the security risks if you only allows basic tags and dont allow any import like Scripting, etc.

Anyway, I thing it was worth a try XD Just to see my signature changed looooool

the problem is if you allow people to input any html there is the risk of somebody setting up a cross-site scripting attack or various other security breaches which can all be done with html.
