I saw some pics of an April Fools Day joke that ASUS would steal some ideas from MSI because MSI "stole" the look of the ROG boards with their gaming boards.
This looks an awful lot like the Z77 MPower

i've been having a gander at this today, only 3 made apparently. In one article, it said they are at NVidia hq. How true, I don't no.

I really don't like it.

I prefer the Red and Black of the normal ROG boards.

That board just looks to much like the MSI Big Bang Xpower.

They should defiantly put this into production. I dislike the way that the colours of our systems are mostly determined by the motherboard. Red or Blue gets a bit samey. I love the idea of starting with a blank canvass and accenting the build with colour through water cooling and modding. Where better to start than one of the best motherboards on the market today!

I saw on another forum, but cannot remember which it was now that apparently Asus have discontinued the Rampage IV Extreme due to working on new models for a new Chipset, but I think they should make this board because there will be people who will like it and buy it, like they did with the Rampage III Extreme.

Although I have not seen a official announcement, the information that was posted on another forum was apparently posted by a Asus employee but anyone can say, they work for a company when they are on a forum and most of the time people won't try to find out if they do or not.

Apparently also the new chipset will be "X99" but again that has not been confirmed as far as I can find, and will be released towards the end of this year possibly for Ivy Bridge E or Haswell E, which makes me think that LGA 2011 boards won't support either IB-E or HW-E, but without a official announcement we just don't know.
