Fantastic, Loved the first, I hope they add RTGI and RT reflections as those are 2 bits of tech that would massively benefit the Alien setting.

A remaster of the original with upgraded lighting and possibly RT would be awesome. A next-gen upgrade of the original to build hype for the new game.

Loads of people have been asking CA for that for years since RT was introduced, Also a high res texture pack even if it's a basic AI upscale as some of the textures in places have not aged well.

Yeah, the textures could be better. But it is worth remembering that 1080p was considered high resolution back then (at least for consoles). The game did release on PS3/Xbox 360 as well as PS4/Xbox One.

Replayed Starcraft 2: Wings of Liberty relatively recently. Man, the textures on that are really lacking on a 4K screen, at least for the campaign stuff. I'd love to see some kind of "Starcraft 2 Enhanced Edition" upgrade... A bit off topic, but a lot of older games would benefit from higher-res textures.
