I just went to click on the Funny Thread NSFW thread and was faced with...

Untitled-1_zps8bafc088.png

for a brief moment, I do get to see the OC3D page literally flash on screen and then changes to the image above.....

This happened to anyone

EDIT:
Seems to be on a page where the posts are between #41 and #120...
The way my forum settings are (40 posts per page) I can view the 1st page and the 4th, but not the 2nd and 3rd

If it's any help, firefox was acting up for me the other day and refused (certification probs) on a https browser. It was soon rectified, but it was annoying!

This is an issue with CPU Z signatures, any page where someone has one will give you this false positive.

It's safe to view the pages anyway :)

ah ok.... :)
Thought I'd mention it just incase its something server end....

does that mean all those people with CPU Z signatures are gonna have to redo them

Well that's just bloody fantastical! I ditched my specs images in favour of the CPUZ validator because I thought it was to large and intrusive..

It now seems to be popping up almost everywhere on overclock3d. Anyone who has a clue what the site is that google mentions on the pop up?

it's cpuz.
we had it before, soon a mod will sweep the signatures clean and then we will have to wait for canard to fix their stuff again.

also firefox is awful since v14.

^^ firefox is awful since 3.5 lol i had the same pop up on chrome i havent used firefox for a long time (since 3.5)

firefox> Chrome. How's that memory usage?
Opera above all though.

back on topic:
I've not had the warnings at all, not managed to get a warning from firefox on my work pcs, my laptops or my desktop. Probably a particular version of Chrome being funny as its the same story with Chrome for me.

dropped firefox when it started lagging like hell when using two tabs on two screens.
really the only bad thing i hear about chrome is them collecting data, but who doesn't and why would i care. at least i get ads i am interested in.
it might just as well be firefox having a worse filter for maleware sites, just because an issue doesn't show up doesn't mean it's better that way.

Chrome likes to use more RAM then some games in my experience. Also I've had security issues with Chrome, hence why I'm rather against it. Firefox has been improved no end since then. I had to stop using it a while a go for a bit when it started using 4gb of RAM. I switched to Opera and when firefox got fixed I started using it again, albeit for non confidential stuff. Opera, for me, seems to be much more secure compared to every other browser and is certainly the most stable.

-edit- Firefox is reporting canard pc as an attack site now. Its only when you click on the links it complains.

been getting the same message all day with chrome, it just randomly happens from post to post. One second I'm getting the warning go back , and try again, it opens fine.

yea, In the end I just clicked 'advanced' and then Proceed anyway....

I also rely on malwarebytes and avast as well....
take it as the suggested False Positive .. failing that, use your mobile's web browser and never see it again.
