was just wondering if these fans would be any good for a black ice radiator with a 20 FPI

I wont NF-F12 but they are bit expensive and i found these and wonted to see what you guys think

if anyone knows any other fans around that price range and at PC Case gear or Performance -pcs (especially if they have RED leds) that would be good for radiators please let me now

Higher FPI means you will need fans with a lot of static pressure and CFM so go with fans with the highest you can find.

Any reason you are going or the Black Ice? XSPC RX, Phobya G Charger or Alphacool Full Copper rads would be better and are low FPI. You would be able to have your fans turned down low with those but with the Black Ice because it's high FPI you will need your fans on high to maintain decent temps, the other rads will keep good temps with the fans turned down low because of the low FPI.

for me as long as it doesnt sound like a jet taking of its ok because im going to use a closed head set and the reason for a black ice rad is because i will be able to run push pull in a switch 810 because they are 55mm thick instead of 60mm - (I know that there isn't that much different)

the apaches specs r great

Max airflow 89.55 CFM

Max static air pressure 2.76 mm H2O

go for them

and yes thats what i thought especially for the price

i looked at the Asaka Viper.. great scott. 3.02 SAP.. that'll blow through

a 30fpi rad and dry hair on the other side.. monster

airdeano

Akasa have some awesome fans for rads. Apache's = low - medium fpi rads, Vipers = medium - high fpi rads. The Apache's could probably deal with high fpi rads too, but the Vipers are better for those. Both are great picks though
