Air Cooler Options

I'm building a new rig in about a month and I've been looking into a bunch of air coolers. I've found a few that seem decent so far that fit my needs.

I'm getting:

-Asus M4A88TD-V EVO USB3 Motherboard (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=6089169&CatId=5540)

-Cooler Master HAF 922M (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4631382&Sku=C283-1223)

-12GB Patriot PV7312G1600ELK Viper II 12288MB PC12800 DDR3 Triple Channel Memory (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?-EdpNo=6572447&CatId=4534)

-AMD HDE00ZFBGRBOX Phenom II 1100T Black Edition Six Core Processor (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7023169&Sku=A79-1100)

-Sapphire 100312SR Radeon HD 6950 Video Card (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=7073913&CatId=2306)

-Ultra X4 750-Watt Modular Power Supply (http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/SearchTools/item-details.asp?EdpNo=4558896&Sku=U12-40504)

I'm looking for a good overclocking fan that will keep my CPU cool at high loads while overclocked.

I've been looking at the Nocuta NH-D14 and the Thermaltake Frio, however there are a few more I've been hearing about and I'm really not sure what I should get.

Any input would be appreciated. Thanks. (Also, if anyone wants to comment on the parts if I should swap for better/cheaper or whatever I'm open to it.)

Frio is crap and shouldnt even be on the same post as a D14 without lots of LOLOLOLPOSLOLOLOL added for good measure.

D14 ftw nuff said.

Thanks for the input guys.

Also, anyone have any experience with the Viper II Series 7 ram and the NH-D14 together? From what I've read there's like 0-1mm clearance while using both. The site says they're compatible, but if anyone has a first hand experience with this please share.
