Advice on a re-build of my system

Hello, this is my first post and I just wanted to get some advice on updating my water cooling system.

Right now, I am running on my older water cooling parts which include:

XSPC Rasa
MCP350 w/ XSPC bayres
XSPC EX120
XSPC EX240
PrimoChill LRT Tubing
Noctua NF-P12s

with my XSPC GTX 780 fullcover block. Needless to say, if I pump the overclock on my GPU to 1200 Mhz my temperatures skyrocket to the 70s on the GPU and the CPU. So I have decided to buy some new parts:

XSPC RayStorm
MCP35X or MCP655 DRIVE or MCP50X(coming soon?)
PrimoChill LRT (White)
Monsta 360mm
UT60 240mm
Fractal Design Arc Mini R2

I think I might switch my fans to Scythe AP-14s or keep my NF-P12s and I am reusing my GTX 780 with it's block since it's new.

So my questions are which pump would be better suited for my build, the MCP35X or the MCP655 DRIVE? There's also a new pump coming from Swiftech called the MCP50X should I just wait for that to come out?

Next, will I be able to keep my CPU/GPU temperatures below 50 degrees Celsius while being overclocked? I have been studying Bundymania and Martin's charts for a few days now but I am not sure if I have enough radiator space to keep things cool.

These are my clocks:
i7 2600k @ 4.5 Ghz (1.35 vCore)
GTX 780 1200 Mhz core/3450 Mhz VRAM(1.212 vCore)

Thanks in advance for any help.

A single 360mmx 60mm rad would be able to keep you under ideal temps for a single CPU and GPU loop. Your purposed upgrade will get you better results but no one can answer your question of will it go from 70C to 50C. Your GPU will see a bigger drop in temps than your CPU. But for both to be in the 50s i'm doubtfull that would happen.

I would stick with a D5 pump and a tube res combo. Probably the best you can get.

Thanks for the quick reply!

As long as it's not 70, I think I'll be fine. I've been running my computer under water so long and my older HD 7970 never cracked 60 degrees so when I saw the GTX 780 at 70 degrees I kind of had a panic attack lol.

Also, another thing to note, my ambient temperature in my room was 18 degrees Celsius when I recorded the 70~ degrees on the GPU and the 73 degrees on the CPU. I was looping Valley maxed out for an hour to see if my GPU overclock was stable.

What case is all this going into? Would help us help you out a little better.
This! Case info for better responses. :)

FYI, I'd pass on the Monsta if you're going for a quiet system. Don't get me wrong, Monstas are great (I have a pair of em), but they really don't show the superior performance until you crank the fans up. If you're going for semi-quiet computing, a UT60 would probably serve you better, be less of an arse pain for mounting, and also be cheaper. My $0.02CDN.

Hey guys, it's listed in the second part of my post. The case I will buy with the parts is going to be arc mini r2. Right now I have a RV03 but I'm not planning on keeping it.

Holy crap, I totally missed that case part. It's official, I am now too drunk to attempt helping anyone. :) Plus I have no experience with Fractal cases. I'd still avoid the Monsta if you plan on running fans at lower RPMs though. That's just a waste of money at that point IMO. But if you don't mind cranking up the fans and living with the noise, they are awesome. Assuming you have good fans that is (ie not Corsair garbage). I use some Gentle Typhoon AP45's on mine, and when I crank them up, the cooling power is bloody impressive.

Yea, I'm not planning on running fans past 1500 rpm. Should I just grab UT60 360 Mm and 240mm?

Also I'm open for other opinions on the case but I haven't found anything as small as arc mini that fits as much watercooling.

I would get the monsta if it was me only if i had enough room for push pull config for the fans and the extra expense wasn't a concern to me(for the fans and rad that is). Other than that the UT60 would be my rad of choice.

Yea, I think I will grab the UT60 then because I can't fit a push/pull config in a Arc Mini R2.

Another thing I was wondering, it there another case on the market that holds as much watercooling as an Arc Mini R2 at a similar size? The only one that comes close is the 350D but in my opinion it's an inferior case since it can't hold a 360mm and a 240mm radiator without modding.

In a m-atx case the best two for watercooling are in fact the Arc Mini R2 and the 350D as far as i am aware.
Yep, I figured. Sometimes I feel like grabbing an Enthoo Primo and putting dual 480s and be done with it but it's obviously overkill for my setup lol.
