Advice on a 2 monitor + tv with 2 graphics cards setup

Ok this is what i want to do:

1. Have my X1900XT just run my main TFT.

2. Have another PCI/PCI-E graphics card to run a 2nd TFT and a T.V.

3. I just want the 2nd TFT and T.V. to be seperate from my main TFT (like Nvidia Dual Screen), not to clone or strech the desktop over the 3 displays.

What I have:

DFI Lanparty NF4 SLI-DR (2 PCI-E 16x slots - 1 free, 1 free PCI slot)

Radeon X1900XT

What I need:

A graphics card that will work in my pc and run the 2nd TFT and T.V. Which would be best, a PCI or PCI-E card? ATI or NVIDIA?

p.s. the 2nd graphics card has to have a silent heatsink (I dont want any extra noise)

an old Geforce 2 PCi will do what you need (we had a similar setup and the NV driver allows all video to be automatically output to a specified screen)

So the Nvidia driver wont conflict with the Ati driver already installed?
