It's fantastic... It's sort of a no nonsense board, I mean the only accessories you get in the box is a SLI bridge and four SATA cables. I also like that it doesn't come with a stupid clicky EFI bios but that's my old school side coming out to moan
As for overclocking I gave it a "little" push yesterday to 4.2 as a test, I have a feeling it can go much higher (probably due to that big lump of metal stuck on top of the CPU

At the moment I need to fine tune this rig before I overclock anything (I have tested it at 4.2 and 4.4), at the moment its a touch loud but I haven't got the fans on my NH-D14 running on 7v yet.
