A new folder on the team

Hello,

I've just started folding and I think this team is great so I'm now folding for this team. I'm folding on my main rig when I'm not using it for gaming. It makes 46.000 PPD

I have two question.

I've just enabled my 8800GT to fold too. But right now it is doing WU that gives no points. Is that because it waits for my CPU to finish of its WU or is something wrong?

I will get another 8800GT soon. Will you advice me to use them in SLI when I'm folding or as two seperate cards?

What are you using to fold and check PPD? The GPU doesn't wait for the CPU to finish. It could be that you need to wait a little longer for it to estimate PPD, however when I used Fahmon it couldn't calculate the PPD for my 8800GT even though it could for everything else.

When using both 8800GTs, use them as single cards not in SLI.

I'm just using the normal client V7.1 for both CPU and GPU. Should I use something else for the GPU? All i know is right now the GPU is making no points.

I personally use the V7 client for CPU and GPU tracker V2 for GPUs. That way I can start things as and when I want.

How do you get the image in your signature that tells how many points you have etc.?

Never mind. I found out myself.
