THere is virtualy no difference between Nvidia and its ATI counterpart. They both use 2 slots. Just one is 2 boards and the other is a single board with a dual slot cooler.but your still using up multiple pci slots thats what I dislike to me that doesnt feel like a single card with two gpus but two cards glued together

I have yet to see a WC setup for a 3870X2, but yet ive seen a WC setup for the 9800GX2. Who cares if its single slot or not? Everything good nowadays is dual slot. (- 8800GT, +1 Nvidia)ah but I mentioned prior to that how I think ATI has the better design as with them you can come out with single slot solutions and if you water cool then again your back to a single slot, nvidia design makes this not possible. So there is an argument on the spaced used
