90 Degree fitting on pump

Hi,

Is it ok to have a 90 degree fitting on the output of the pump, i have to do it to reach the first rad port which is directly above it.

Its a closed system so it doesn't matter where you put the parts. A 90 in front of the pump is the same as one half way round the loop. The only time the pressure potentially changes is at the reservoir and the flow will be constant at all points.

ah ok ill go for it i did read though that putting 90 degree fittings on the pump intake was a big no no.

Though maybe with the pump pushing the water out and a 90 degree fitting would kinda be like a wall it would be hitting and then kind of bouncing the water back and drop the flow rate quite a bit, I have a beast of a pump 1035LPH and 5.1M of head will it hurt it at all i dont mind a fraction drop but if it will impact the flow rate alot it might be a concern.

Water is incompressible, so I don't think it matters where you put the fittings, as Perturabo said.
Your pump should power on right through.
