Hey,

I have 1 x spare PCI-E slot in the SLI part of my P5N-E SLI.

Is there any way of cooling the graphics card using this/other cooling?

It gets up to 60 degrees :eyes:

Thanks for your time :)

Yep safe temp for the card is 80, 90, i think is pushing it.

threshold temp before slowing/throttling is 120.

you might want to change the fan speed dependent on the temp.

either running rivatuner constantly or by flashing the card.

The card can take even 80... you can adjust the fan speed on it or you can get your side-panel perforated and mount a fan that will blow directly on the two cards. Be sure to study the way a fan blows air it's like a funnel effect, it's now really in one direction.

Another idea is to mount a front case fan and build a cartboard air guide towards the actual card, but that's not going to look well.
