8600gt

I found some Point of View 8600GT cards at an online shop in Spain for 22€ (that's about 17 pounds). Wanting to make some extra cash i ordered 5 as the price I think is a steal. They are brand new and the only spec I have is that they have 256MB of memory.

I will keep one card for my mum's PC (she has an integrated Intel GMA 945 at the moment) and sell the others (eBay or similar)

Now I have a few questions: 1) Have I done a good deal? (I mean are they worth more, because I think they are)

2) How much can I OC one? (I assume they are the bottom-line cards with 540Mhz core and 300Mhz memory (600Mhz effective)...)

3) Can you give me links to any kind of mods? (I think my mum's card will be virtually free so I will play with it a little >

They still do decent mid range stuff. No idea of the oc, but u could probably make £10-£15 on them, arguably more to a non-tech person. I wouldn`t spend much more than £40 for one today tbh. The flavor midrange card being the 9600.
