Meh thoroughly unimpressed with that :(

Frag I reckon ya can wait for G80 and dual core graphical goodness :D

I think the 7800 series will still be made and phased out after a while. The 512mb GTX is deffo out the window (thusly another reason why I sold mine)

Yeah I'm deffo waiting for G80... No need to drop another $1000+ on some vid cards that will barely compete with ATI's current offering.

@bloodthirst: eh?

ahh nevermind i was looking at your first post, and noticed they where wrong, but i noticed this,

I got my specs from XS as of the 7th... Specs may have possibly changed since then, I just looked at Hardspell which shows:

7900GTX @ 650Mhz/1.6GHz 512MB GDDR3 1.1ns RAMs

7900GT @ 450Mhz/1.32GHz 256MB GDDR3 1.4ns RAMs

sorry mate

I'll sell ya my old pair of 6800GT's if want something to tide you over mate... They're just sitting in boxes in my closet begging to get some use.

:rollingla When he first posted about his new rig, he was willing to let those go for $125 each :rollingla

On a side not, the specs for the 7600GT are up, putting it at 560mhz core clock at 12 pipelines.

Edit: O ya, also looks like at least the European prices have been released at 549 Euros (373 GBP) for the GTX and 329 Euros (223 GBP) for the GT. The GT looks to be priced at $299 here in the US. No #'s for the GTX yet in that respect.

Edit2: O ya again. It looks like Dell will NOT get exclusive rights to Quad-SLI. Quad-SLI, based on the new G71, will be open to other PC manufacturers. However, it will NOT be open for retail market and thus, in order to get your hands on a bad boy quad-sli system, you'll have to buy yourself a brand new PC, putting you more than $2000 down. It will be released on March 22.
