Building a Gaming PC for a friend his budget is £720 this is what I have come up with. I open for suggestions to improvement at no extra cost.

I'd still say go for an MSI Z77a-G45 and a 3570k if you can squeeze it in. Other than that, I agree with Seumas about the psu.

Fine other than that - think the case is a little cliche though :/
 
What about a cooler? If you're not going to be using the stock cooler than the CM Hyper 212+ is a really good cooler for the price. I had one before I changed it and the temps were very reasonable.

Also I agree with the above about the PSU. I've never used an OCZ PSU, but they seem to have a very bad reputation when it comes to PSU's, so it would be better to avoid them.
