6970 No Display

Hi

My 6970 is not displaying anything but windows is booting, anyone else get this hassle and how did you fix it. Actually thinking of going green now.

Majorly depressed.

have you tried...

testing to see if cables are firmly in place

switching between DVI, HDMi and VGA connections?

is your monitor set up correctly?

if more than one monitor is connected, just use one... and then configure the monitor's finity in CCC

I did indeed actually just took it out to put in new screws, tried older ones still the same wouldn't mind it was running sweet.

Yea went through all the checks seems as if some component must have shorted out somehow, sent it back today they will test it out and refund so it is looking like a new card, luckily have am old 4850 with an akasa cooler to keep me going.
