6770 XF = 6950?

Ok so as the title suggests will 2 * 6770's in crossfire be equivalent to the performance of a 6950?

I've just read this article and it says "the CrossfireX performance bring the two HIS R6770 ICEQ Turbo cards roughly to the performance of the Radeon HD 6970"

I know the clocks are slightly higher on the HIS cards - so would 2 * standard 6770 in crossfire be as good or slightly better than a single 6950?

Is anyone running these cards and have some real world experience of this setup?

EDIT: Just realized that ^^^ is the same one you already read.

I wouldn't think there is is much difference between the IceQ ones and normal 6770s only 5-6 FPS.
