this is my first watercooled rig , i have taken my time and watched vids on u tube & read forums. i finally took the plunge before christmas and im so gladi did. i did the rig in two stages i first watercooled the cpu with one rad then added two gps and another rad. Most people say do it all in one , but i wanted the experience of draining the loop so went for two stage installation i have since moved the gpu and bottom tubing again as i was unhappy with the loop in update 3. my temps are awsom (cpu oc to 4.2 idles in 30's and max i have monitored so far is 61, gpus idle at 30 and dont got past 45 for anyone with 6950/6970 ref go with xspc there £16 a block and well worth the value) now i know everyone goes on looks but the temps are the most inportant thing. From my learning, no two rigs or systems are the same so you best going with what you want not what other people would like to see. and striking a balance. below is what im staying with in terms of tubing and layout. My next project will begin when the next gen intel chips come which i plan to try my hand at motherboard cooling . The last stage of this project will be 2 x back pannel for the GPU , cables and lighting.
