600 watts to play with...Hit me with cpu/gpu combos (intel/nvidia)

After using the fx4170* for a short period of time It felt like, how can I put it a small let down from my old intel itx build not that the fx4170* was terrible just not for me.

Any ways Iv been looking at a new itx build I would like to go back down the intel route and try a nvidia card as Iv always used amd budget cards I want summit with more ooomph this time.

with 600 watts I was wondering in what type of set up I could run ??

I should point out Im not over clocking

I will NOT be using any HDDS instead ill be using 2 ssds

No optical drive

I dont mind running older sandy bridge or 500 series of nivdia cards

Depending on case (PRODIGY) and if the psu allows it I would be nice to run a a watercooling kit...Im aiming for silence plus air cooling on itx board can be such a b*tch.

600 watts should be ülenty for almost all single-graphicscards a 680 or 7970 would run without problems

If you're not overclocking i'm pretty sure you could run a 3960X with a 7970 and still have headroom.

what brand though, you can buy a 750w for £30 but it wont perform as well as something like cx500

Well, as stated above, you pretty much have the pick of the bunch.

If you're seriously into your gaming and like playing maxed out etc. then go with an i5 and a 7950/670.

If you're seriously into your gaming and also like to render videos/edit ridiculously detailed photos etc. then you might want to go for an i7, but the graphics cards still apply.

If you're seriously into your gaming and don't mind spending half a grand on a processor to get your videos/photos rendered at hyper speed, then go with a 3930k, graphics cards as stated.
