Nothing wrong with that PC, if need be oc the 2500k. Maybe grab a Z series board.
Just get a new GPU, with DX12 on its way soon, the 2500k will last you quite some time. Even if the games you play don't support dx12, I don't see the 2500k having any major problems unless it's a poorly made game.
