550 Ti now or 700 series later

Hi guys. I'm trying to hit 1 million earlier than mid-May (262K now). I think either a GPU or CPU upgrade would help. I've seen 550 TI's go for as little as $100. Is it worth it to wait for the 700 series though? I can't decide.

I would try and get a used 460, I'm not sure what they go for, but a 550Ti would probably be a waste of money.

Well i have been looking at a second hand GTX460, and their asking prices for it, that i am like

the reasson why the price is so freaking high...

A GTX550 Ti can do around 10000PPD overclocked......

A 550Ti can do 10k PPD with 192 shaders? My GTX460 768MB does 9k on a good day.

550Ti it is. Then I'll wait for the mid range 700 series to come out in Q2.

it is a shame you live too far away from me (in the UK)

i have an MSi GTX550ti OC, coming back from RMA (from aria, either today or tomorrow)... they are £99 new, and i have only used it about 4 times (for game testing) and would have asked for about £60 for it.
