4:5 Ratio

I looked at my CPU-Z screenshot today (because i needed a good cry) and saw that my memory was running 4:5!! i have never set it like this and as far as I know my BIOS has no option to change it.

the funny thing is that I thought the ratio was there to make cpu run faster than memory but my mem is running faster than my fsb!! help!

how could it have got like this and am i actually getting a performance increase with faster ram?

hmm thats strange, but if its running faster then it certainly isnt something to worry about.

However, running the ran faster than the fsb will not really give you much of a performance increase.
