In Nvidia control panel make sure you have Vsync set to off. Also, keep in mind my card is running at 1230 on the core and 1700 on the memory. Have you overclocked your card at all?

I was running 1100 on the core (it just won't go further for some reason) and memory at 1863mhz

Try lowering that memory down, Kepler actually performs worse after a certain point when you clock the memory too high, even if it's still stable. I get worse performance with my memory at 1800 than I do at 1700. What software are you using to overclock?

Hmm, strange. Most 670s should be able to clock past 1100.

exact same thing happened to me. are you running sli?
everything is backwards, my stock speed old driver setup gets a lower score than my overclocked new driver set up.

Just learned that this software now allows for the rendering to be done 'behind the scenes' and then scaled to your monitor. As such, a gaming laptop with a 720p screen can now simulate what it would be like to render in 1080p without the need for another monitor. This is great!

@ josh. That makes perfect sense. I only have. 1080 monitor but when you go to fire strike extreme it's locked in at 2560, hence why my pc can then run it an display on my monitor

Is this worth buying for running the Tests alone without the annoying demos ?

I might get it on Steam for 18€ (some discount for beeing new).

I think there will be an update that will allow u to run all test without demos soon

I thought i read that in the advanced you should be able to run the test
by itself already.

Anyway, ill be using this for testing overclocks, system stability.
Sooo anyone got their rig crashed because of this ?

You can run all test without demos. But as far as I can tell you can do an all test run without demos. Get some second opps on that but I can't find it

Just to clarify I meant u can run all test individually without demos

Tried running this last night, but it keeps crashing my pc so will need to play around with it tonight and see if I can get it working.

Seems pretty CPU-Dependant to me, since some others with better/higher-clocked CPUs got quite some more points.

Mine is with i5 2500k@stock and a 7970@1100/1450.

That's mine.
CPU @ 4.5ghz
GPU @ 1185mhz Boost Clock.

Temps max at around 60ish though, so could push a fair bit further

Yeah.. shit im totally incompetent at this.
Plus OC on z68 with uefi seems buggy on sandy bridges.. partialy confirmed by gigabyte supporter in some forum.

So 1. i suck at ocing cpu
2. my mobo with uefi sucks at ocing sandys
