3DMark 2006 Scores: Show It Off!

Its the 1333MHz DDR3 that holding me back

My motherboard can work around it but the CPU is now too much so I actually need proper DDR3 now so might get the 2000MHz stuff.

Of course i'd do a stock clock run for both sets to show difference too.

Make sure your DDR3 mobo is good and having slow (yes slow) DDR3 will be alright.

May I say - not bad

Single 7800GTX 512mb @ 630/1820

X2 4400+ @ 2700MHz (wouldn't bench with '06 @ 2.8GHz for some reason)

Results are in... and suprisingly I didn't get pwned too terribly bad for only a pair of measly previous gen 6800GT's

After a bit of tweaking last night this was the max score I was able to get w/o resorting to trying different drivers... These are stock nv 81.98's.

Here are my scores, everything at stock, no O/C

I guess it ain't bad, pretty satisfied

But hell I managed to take a capture in between the test and look at the temp of the GPU, 82C!!!!
