Hello

I want to OC my cpu to 4.7ghz.

I was wondering what should the values on digi+ page be ??

thanks in advance,

mike.

What cooling do you have?

Ignore the Digi+ things, do it all in the BIOS.

BIOS - then advanced mode

Then change it to XMP mode, set the multiplier to say 4.5ghz to start with (4.7ghz may be a little ambitious)
Then change voltages to manual mode, and up it until stable. You should get 4.5ghz at around 1.18-1.25v. Somewhere between that I'd have thought.

You have to figure them out by yourself. Every chip is different. Increase the multi until it is unstable and then increase the voltage in .02 steps until it is stable again. Then multi again and so on.

I am talking about the bios settings.
Right now I'm currently running my 3770k at 4.5ghz @ 1.256v stable.
my cooling is the h100i .

What are your load temps?

If you've already got to 4.5ghz stable, then I'm not too sure what you want us to do to push out another 200mhz?

Increase the multiplier and increase the volts.

I'd expect your load temps will be a little high to push it much further though.

So I got this combo a few months and just looking at some videos I managed to get to 4.4ghz 24/7 stable. Looking at some of the other guides here I see some of you getting way beyond that. My BIOS is quite a bit different than the MSI so I took some screenies to show and this is my humble request for pointers.

This is being cooled by a H60 and idles around 36C, 75C load. I just have a single fan hooked up but have plenty to put on there that range from 30cfm to 130cfm.

I've always found offset mode to require more volts than just manual, so I'd suggest you switch back to manual.

I wouldn't push much further though - your temps aren't fantastic.
