Hi!

According to speedfan my system is running @ -17 idle and -15 according to Bios(AsrockdualSata) with a vcore of 1.55.Having major problems to go beyond 300fsb.

System

Asrock Dual SataII 939 vcoremod

Amd 3700 KABCE 0542

2*256 A-data PC4500

This is the problem I had with the AsRock mobo. There just isn't enough voltage to set :(

I'm on a DFI SLI-DR now and I have to say it's an awsome mobo!!

Don't go for the EXPERT with Phase cooling. They really flake under Phase.

Thx you think i should go for the DFI SLI-DR ?

I'll take you up on that mate i will go for that hope it will like my a-data pc 4500, could you also recommecnd a good power supply i was thinking of hiper 580w

Stay away from Hiper, I've heard some not good things about them. Go for Tagan 580w unit ;) I'm using one atm and I'm VERY impressed, it's so quiet but very very powerfull.

Im using the Hiper 580w one now and cant fault it, maybe im lucky but i can clock better than I could with my enermax liberty or even my pcp&c 510 sli one, on the other hand Ive had 2 Tagans and both imo sucked they were not the 580w one mind you

When the Hiper's first came out there were a lot of news of them failing or having wooly lines. However recently I have only heard good things about them; so maybe they have either improved their components or their quality testing in production.

Back to the OC....its possible you`ve hit mild coldbug. My new CPU will do 404+ on water (low multi) but it wont pass 297 under phase.

Messing with drive strengths *might* help whwn you have the options on your new mobo :)

Good luck either way!
