Ok, ive been having a very very hard time overclocking my Q6600, and have resorted to sticking it back down to a stable 3.2Ghz (400x8).

However, I just went into the SPD tab of CPU-Z and noticed that my RAM speeds look messed up...

Slot 2

------

Module Size: 2048 MBytes

Max Bandwidth: PC3-10700F (667 MHz)

Manufacturer: OCZ

Part Number: OCZ3G16002G

Slot 4

------

Module Size: 2048 MBytes

Max Bandwidth: PC3-300 (19MHz)

Manufacturer: OCZ

Part Number: OCZ3G16002G

Why on earth is my second stick running at 19MHz?!!

Haha that's some cutting edge DDR3 :D You mentioned that a reboot fixed it...has it enabled you to clock higher now and stable?

Unfortunately not, I am still having trouble getting passed 3.2GHz. I have my RAM timings manually set to 5-5-5-15 now in the BIOS though, they were 7-7-7-20 before.

I really want to get it to 3.4 ~ 3.5. But if I can't find out how, 3.2 is ok hehe
