22" 1080p Suggestions

Gonna keep this simple, I need a 22" monitor at 1920 x 1080

Budged is around £100-£110

If you know of something bigger than 22" for the price fell free to suggest

if you can fork out £20 more then this is the one to get. 1080p good quality screen and it's IPS which I doubt you'll be able to find for less than that

I have heard great thing about the Iiyama ips monitors but my limit is £110

Oh that looks so nice Although one problem with it is that I don't think it has DVI. Btw James any chance you could try and explain what exactly the benefit of ips is?

Do you need DVI?
It just gives better picture quality, brightness and amazing viewing angles - Look at your screen at say 160-170 degrees at it, and it just goes black. On IPS screens you dont get that at all. You notice a massive difference going back to anything else - ie - my laptop screen - it just looks so dull and gloomy.

Why cant you just get a DVI to HDMI adapter? Picture quality is better on my iiyama through HDMI than DVI anyway - no idea why

Ebuyer isn't an option for me, due to where I live I get charged like £25 postage, If it wasn't for the free postage it would be the same with aria

The review on ebuyer says it has hdmi, vga and dvi, so you'll be fine for that.

I'd just go for that from aria then.

Yeh - That's the cheapest IPS I've seen anyway. I've been on the hunt for a few friends wanting one for uni. At least LGs a good brand too

Not ips but I have heard great things about benq monitors

Looks pretty good for the price.
Just depends if you want to pay more for IPS

You may need to look up some reviews online for gaming to see if they suffer from ghosting or anything

It does have DVI according to Amazon (where it's £11 cheaper too )

It has one good review on Amazon. I'd ignore the bad one, he was either unlucky or did something to break it.
