2010 was the worst year of my life to date (except for my new niece she was the best year saver ever) but here is hoping that 2011 brings me new joy and everyone has a great year

2010 started out bad for me, got worse, got really bad, then all sorted itself out and was really good for the last few months.

2011 is set to be...... awesome!!!!

I think everyone here in the states is hoping for a better 2011. I don't know how things are where you all live, but the recession impacted everyone I know. So here's hoping for a great 2011.

Over here in the UK the only effect I noticed from the recession was a lot of people moaning about it. After a while it got boring and people carried on pretty much as normal.

Lol well i'm sorry to extend your grief. The industry I was in pretty much was on the front lines of the layoffs. But its all good, sick of looking backwards anyway.

oucha. People did get layed off over here but not to the extent it happened in the US. The main fuss over here was that all public servants had their pay frozen.
