£200 to spend on a new graphics card. What's out there?

My mates putting a new system together and wants a new graphics card at around the £200 mark. He was looking at a Gigabyte 7850 but was wondering if there's anything else he should be considering???

I'd also go for the 7850. You can OC them nicely, and they don't require you to have a massive PSU.

my friend is considering a GTX560TI 448 core. the y are new about £170 for the Asus DCUII

If you're looking at 7850 (£200)

Might be worth considering a 6950?

Can get them new for £150 or 2nd hand reference one with 6970 BIOS for £110-130

the gigabyte one is much better. good card too, according to reviews. but if you could stand to wait a little, the gtx 670 just came out, and ati's bound to reflect that release with reactive price cuts. or at least, they really really should. but then the waiting game is quite terrible. i've gone from 6850 to 7850 to 7950 to the gtx 670 while waiting for decent prices... up to your friend if he/she can control themselves

. but at the 200 mark right now, the windforce looks good.
