2 Outputs At Once?

Hey thanks for reading this =)

Basically i recently built my new rig (Zues)anyway i have a 2.1 set up out my on-board realtek sound and a HDMI cable out my Palit GTX 460 but at the moment i cannot have sound coming out both of them (I do this by setting either TV or Speakers as the default output but this isn't very quick and annoying)

This is annoying as I decide to watch Forest Gump on my TV and its like "momma always said *messenger noise* chocolates" so i'd like to be able to have both 2.1 and TV sound.

It would be nice to be able to say VLC or whatever to the TV and system sounds to 2.1 but at the moment i'll settle for having sound come out of both.

just turn off msn and things and you wont get a interfearence.and i think you have to switch between default sounds.

i am sure theres a app thats lets you set a key to do it but i dont no what

Ive deffo never heard about specific programs using specific outputs, I didnt even think you could use 2 at once tbh.

i meant a app to switch default audio instead of going into controll panal/sound.

You can't. You can select one or the other. IIRC there is a way to go into MSN and disable the dooga doon sounds and so on.
