1600 mhz on Sabertooth x58

So, i just got my computer together, and went into bios to set my ram to 1600 mhz, now... i have no idea how to do this..

Is there somewhat an "auto" option for Sabertooth x58 that set it to 1600 mhz, or do i have to do this manually, if so, how?

Also, if i choose Dram- 1600 mhz in bois in the AI tweaker, it runns smooth, but i cant find where the voltage to the ram is, as i dont want it to run over the max..
