Mate, I think you should swap the case. Not because it isn't a good case, in fact it's an epic case. But M-ATX in a full-tower would just look really, REALLY ugly.

Thats why I have decided to go with the Maximus V Formula : P.

Why MSI though. Every time I look at an Asus board and the features it seems worth the money too me.

I can't say personally but from what I hear MSI have got it spot on with Z77. If you really feel the need for a high end board then go for the MSI Z77A GD65 although the MSI Z77A G45 would be perfectly fine and is a hell of a lot cheaper
