Damn, doubling the wattage for that overclock? Guess I'll stick with stock, with that power usage you might as well be mining.

Only had a little time to read the last two paragraphs of the conclusion which precisely answered my question because I was eyeing the 7820X for a gaming rig. Muchos gracias for saving me valuable beer tokens; 6C/12T Coffee Lake-S it is then!

I can only answer yes to that I'm itching to get hyperthreading back along with at least 2 more cores and 4.5-4.8GHz frequencies for my next gaming rig that must hold me over until Ice Lake/Tiger Lake. Please Tom, tell us Is it no HT 6C part?

Drop the bomb.

Intel have been getting away with too much lately where people don't speak up.

Haswell-E was the worst POS I have even seen when it launched and the problems hardly got a mention from tech sites.
