I really want to put it in the frame but the rads are not bolted down yet as I need to line up the ports and whatnot for straight runs and its a bit bendy without the acrylic middle.....

Awesome work negs! :) Did u consider doing only letters on the rads? I find the yellow line still way to wide. Large letters + thin stripe(s) ?
More the same way you did the ram sticks and gpu`s?

He can in project logs dude.

ontopic: This is just utterly stunning. That edge-paint is giving me.. ideas..

This really is turning out to be an awesome looking build

Ah right, but that's usually just for updates. Reply could've fitted in the update post easily, I was just saying.

Now looking at the fittings again, the hose is going to look super neat. Gah, can't wait for the end result :p You using black hose/pipes or bright yellow? :o

Lumo is coming along really nicely. Love those yellow capacitator tops on the motherboard. Did you paint or how did you do it? Also the paint on those rads are really nice. How did you achieve that nice marble-ish look?

Great job mate!

The tray was cut at the weekend and is on its way,in the meantime I started on the loom.
Dark grey Teleios sleeve from E22 with florescent yellow plugs should fit nicely.

Sadly I ran out of sleeve so its off more...

Im getting quite excited about the tray coming now,I will be able to properly assemble the whole tray and get those rads in. I hope I wasnt using my Chinese ruler that day......

Thanks Tom.
And thanks for putting up with the bookface pic spam,I know it irritates you.

:smileyshot:

LMAO - from the start I said Im personally not a fan of the case - but I totally respect the effort going into this and you know I notice and understand the time that go into the small details

Dude, you are all about the details...no one in their right mind pays north of £200 for bolts...except you.
Its the details that will draw it all together as you know, you need to stand out from the crowd.

Love your attention to detail. Thanks for sharing and posting these logs they really do stand out - in more ways than one.:)

While im waiting for the doorbell to ring with the acrylic tray,I did a final mount up to see how everything fits and goes together,Im glad to say it went together like sticklebricks.

Here are some shots before the teardown begins.

The more eagle eyed will notice the bottom rad is missing its graphics,I had to switch it round as the GPU power and port clashed too much for a nifty recovery.

Thanks to Kier for donating the microcool PCI mounts!

Because the acrylic will be clear but frosted, the back of the res got a vinyl covering to make it pop more.

Thanks for keeping up with this log,its so close I can taste it!

This is really something else. Coming along so nice. It will draw much attention to it cus of the colours. I can imagine it being the centerpiece of a room. Awesome awesome job mate!

Why isn't the sli bridge on?
With all your builds being superb you need a custom sub title. Love the build and attention to detail. You never let down. Good work dawg. U made a ugly case look appealing.

I'd have to agree with Tom on that dude, as well as the cpu block, they stick out a bit like a sore thumb. Other than that, it is looking super sweet.

Huh

I though Tom loved the GPU "pinstripe"... what did I miss.

Me myself..... I love everything about this thing.
