I'm a little bit confused. Does it come with the LED strips or do you have to buy those separately? I've gone through the photos three times and all I see is a little bit of one hanging off the bottom of the board.

You have to buy RGB strips - I chucked one on to show where the connection is

Ah I see ! That explains why I couldn't see any in the pics

Are they specifically Asus branded LED strips? or is there an alternative?

You just need 4 PIN RGB strips fella - should have some more info for you in the M8F review (Ive just finished testing)
