Shame they couldn't produce some thermal pads for the backplate considering it is metal, Steve from Gamers Nexus found temps went down an extra few degrees.
But that's how GPU market works nowadays. :lol:It would be weird for them to produce just a couple thousand and then stop.
It would be weird for them to produce just a couple thousand and then stop. Putting all that effort into the best reference board from AMD and then discontinuing it when there is a major shortage would be downright dumb.
I've noted quite a few companies have ditched off Nvidia totally now and stick to AMD.
Really? Who?...
What is BFG? When Googling, only got a movie search of a giant lol...

They took their name from Doom. IE the BFG (or big f***ing gun).

At the time they were about the best of the best. They did custom cards, factory overclocked cards etc and had the best warranty (10 years IIRC). They weren't cheap, but warranty wise you got what you paid for.
However, it was that warranty that bit them on the bum when Nvidia had a year off.

They were bought out by Galaxy, and became KFA2. If you didn't know what that means it's another very old term (or meme as they call them these days) which basically means "Kick f***ing ass" squared.
