Is there a program that will tell me exactly what is using anything of/on my graphics card? Lately my gpu TDP seems to hover around 52-53%, 62C, 1700RPM, 6% gpu usage and 875Mhz. While my computer is not doing anything at all, in essence it should be idling. I know I don't have any miners etc...

I've searched the internet for this problem but none seem to be related to specifically to my problem. And for me the only solution that works is a reboot or to un-plug and re-plug the mouse. It's not the drivers fault either as I've only got 1 installed so no clashes there and it's up to date...
